Dr. Victor Omotunde founded Total Care Physical Therapy in Memphis with a singular vision: to provide the highest standard of physical therapy care while treating every patient with the compassion and respect they deserve. With 43 years of experience as a physical therapist — spanning acute care, outpatient, home health, and house call settings, with 32 of those years serving the Memphis community — Dr. Omotunde has built a practice that stands as a trusted healthcare resource for the greater Memphis area. He is also a recognized specialist in the treatment of injured workers.

Total Care Physical Therapy was founded with a clear mission: to bring exceptional, compassionate physical therapy care to the Memphis community. What began as a small practice driven by one therapist's passion has grown into a trusted Memphis practice for thousands of patients.
For 20 years, we've been a trusted partner in recovery for thousands of patients across the greater Memphis area. We've expanded our services, invested in modern equipment, and refined our clinical approach to meet every patient's needs.
Today, Total Care Physical Therapy offers 9 specialized treatment programs from our modern facility on Cresthaven Road. We combine evidence-based techniques with genuine human connection, because the best therapy happens when patients feel truly cared for.
