Workplace Injuries
Comprehensive rehabilitation for workplace injuries and return-to-work programs.
Certified Specialists in the Treatment of Injured Workers— backed by the rehab industry's most comprehensive workers' compensation training in outpatient rehab, functional testing, and industrial rehabilitation.
Workplace injuries can be physically and emotionally challenging, often complicated by the pressures of returning to work and navigating the workers' compensation system. At Total Care Physical Therapy, we provide comprehensive rehabilitation for work-related injuries with the goal of getting you safely back to your job as quickly as possible.
Our workers' compensation program addresses a wide range of workplace injuries, from repetitive strain injuries and back injuries to traumatic accidents and occupational overuse conditions. We work closely with your employer, case manager, and physician to ensure coordinated, effective care.
Treatment includes injury-specific rehabilitation, work hardening and conditioning programs, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments. We focus on restoring the specific physical capacities required by your job, whether that involves lifting, prolonged standing, repetitive motions, or overhead work.
For more complex cases, we offer two dedicated specialty programs: Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) — our objective, standardized assessment of a worker's ability to perform job tasks, offered since 2011 — and Coordinated Return to Work (CRTW), our therapist-led program that bridges injury and full duty with work conditioning, work hardening, and direct coordination with every party in the claim.
Our experienced team understands the unique requirements of workers' compensation cases and provides thorough documentation to support your claim. We're committed to helping you achieve a full recovery and a successful return to work.
